Gov Regulation limit competition between taxi networks and provide them with a captive market of taxi operators that are exploited and abused. This must change.

Passengers expect taxi a booking to be a reservation. In fact a booking depends on a vacant car being available nearby at the time. Reservations should be available at an additional fee. Drivers should be able tobid for them in advance.
